Bring a Pet 'Home for the Holidays'

To kick off the holidays, Kern County Animal Control has reduced all adoption fees for dogs and cats. Dogs will be $45 to adopt and cats will be $25 to adopt. For senior pets, adoption fees are even lower - dogs five years and older are $20 and cats three years and older are $10 to adopt. Fees include spay/neuter; first canine and feline vaccinations; free pet exam voucher; microchip; leash and carrier. Dogs four months and older will also receive a Rabies vaccination and a one-year Kern County license. |
