On-the-Way-Out Prisoner Release Project
The On-the-Way-Out Prisoner Release Project is a collaboration between the Parole Office of the California Department of Corrections, Bakersfield Units 1-7, and the Kern County Department of Child Support Services.
The Objective of the On-the-Way-Out Prisoner Release Project is to increase the financial and medical support provided by parents.
