1-866-325-1010. (With No Processing Fees)

Set-up ongoing (Recurring) Payments. Automatic withdrawals from your
Checking or Savings account or by Credit Card, MasterCard®, VISA®, at www.casdu.com.

What Information do I need to make a payment online or by telephone:

• You must have a Personal Identification Number (PIN).
• Obtain your PIN by Registering online at www.casdu.com or by telephone at
  1-866-325-1010. Your PIN will be mailed to the address that we have on file.
• Remember to keep a record of your PIN, as you will need it whenever you want
  to make a payment online or by telephone.

When will I be given credit for my payments made online:

• Payments by Credit Card must be received by 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) in order
  to be credited the same business day. Any payment made after 3:00pm or on
  a non-business day (Weekend or Bank Holiday) will be credited on the next
  business day.
