Membership Qualifications: Five Members and two alternates appointed by the Board of Supervisors. Term: Four-year staggered term. Duties: This Board shall provide for final interpretation and hear appeals as provided under the Kern County Housing Code. Meeting Place and Time: Board shall hear appeals and shall meet at least once a year at the Public Health Department Library, 1800 Mt. Vernon Avenue, Bakersfield, at 7:30 P.M. Compensation: None.
