Five members; two appointed by the mayor of the City of Tehachapi and
three appointed by the Board of Supervisors. |

Four-year staggered term. |
| Duties: |
To acquire, construct, and operate recreational facilities, to employ
persons to maintain and operate facilities, and to enter into and perform
all necessary contracts. |
| Meeting Place and Time: |
District Office at 490 West "D" Street, Tehachapi on the third Tuesday
of each month. |
