Planning & Community Development Director; representatives from Pacific Gas and Electric Company,
Southern California Edison Company, Pacific Telephone & Telegraph Company, Kern Cable TV and any
utility company wherever a conversion proposal is located. |

The Utility Coordinating Committee is to be advisory to the Board
of Supervisors concerning conversion of overhead public utilities
to underground facilities. |
