- The negotiation of property leases - including leases of County property for use by
others and private property for use by the County
- The negotiation of pipeline franchises in County rights-of-way
- The administration of most County easements
- The maintenance of an inventory of County-owned property and leases
- The processing of licenses for filming on County owned property
- The completion of real property appraisals
- The preparation of property deeds and easements
All requests for projects involving the acquisition, sale, or transfer of real property are to be submitted to the Board of Supervisors for referral to the Property Management division. Leases of routine office space are channeled through the County Administrative Office.
