Simply download the file to a directory on your hard drive, run the file, and then open the subsequent file in your word processor (i.e., form123.exe becomes form123.dsc). Please be advised that while the bond documents are in the state approved format, they have been customized for usage in Kern County. They can however, be easily altered for usage in other California cities and counties. Additionally, due to differences in word processors and printers it may be necessary to alter the format of these documents to ensure clean page breaks.
