Request Plans & Specs

Bid packets may be obtained at the Kern County Roads Department's Plans and Specs counter located on the fourth floor of the Public Services Building, 2700 M Street, Bakersfield, California between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Businesses located outside of the Bakersfield area may request that packets be mailed to them by calling the Plans and Specs counter at (661) 862-8882; faxing their requests to (661) 862-8851; or by completing the information requested below.

Plan Holders lists are available by clicking on " Projects Being Advertised" and then clicking on the name of the project you are interested in.
